GRADE 18 LOCATION OF POSITION Maryland Department Human Services Office of Technology for Human Services General Admin. 25 South Charles St. Baltimore, MD 21201 Main Purpose of Job The main purpose of the position is to collate, organize, analyze, and present/report the department’s performance metrics and indicators for strategic management decisions to enhance and improve the department’s performances and reporting in compliance with federal and state regulations, laws and policies governing the various programs administered by the department, such as Social Service, Family Investment, and Child Support programs. The position also researches and provides leadership with timely and accurate data on program performances, impact, and societal trends to enhance informed program, budget, policy development, and other performance improvement decisions. The incumbent of this position will support DHS program accountability efforts and provide technical assistance, information, formal presentations, and data to a wide variety of interested persons, groups, and stakeholders.
