About The Position

At OURCU, we believe great decisions start with great information, and that behind every number is a person we're here to serve. We're looking for a Data Analyst to help teams across the credit union turn data into clear insights, stronger performance, and a better member experience. As a Data Analyst, you'll partner with teams like Lending, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and IT to understand what matters most to the team, define the right metrics, and deliver reporting and analysis that drives action. Success in this role requires a proactive communication style, including asking thoughtful questions, confirming requirements, and sharing clear updates as work progresses. You'll create and maintain dashboards, perform ad hoc analysis, and help leaders understand trends in member, product, and operational performance. This role also plays an important part in ensuring report accuracy and consistency- validating data, documenting definitions and logic, and working with IT to resolve data issues. You'll handle sensitive financial and member information with care and help improve data accessibility and reporting efficiency across the organization.
