Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related field required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and analysis required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • This position requires the employee to be a US Citizen and the ability to obtain a Public Trust. This position may also require the ability to obtain a higher security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Support data cleaning, preprocessing, and validation activities across clinical, readiness, manpower, and administrative datasets.
  • Assist with data integration from multiple sources using extract-based workflows (e.g., CSV, Excel, SQL queries).
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support TRM planning and operational reporting.
  • Perform basic exploratory analysis and trend analysis to support readiness and performance reporting.
  • Support senior data scientists and analysts with documentation, metric definitions, and analytic deliverables.
  • Execute SQL queries and scripts to support recurring reports and ad hoc analysis requests.
  • Help ensure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability across reports and dashboards.
  • Contribute to routine updates, briefings, and analytic products used by leadership and stakeholders.
