About The Position

The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data to support evidence-based decision-making and strategic initiatives for the organization. The incumbent applies advanced analytical methodologies and data visualization techniques to derive actionable insights from large and complex datasets. This position is critical in supporting program evaluation, operational performance monitoring, and effective reporting to both internal and external government stakeholders. Requirements

  • Two (2) plus years’ experience working on data migration or data integration projects with specific experience with cleaning data, running basic reports, and maintaining existing dashboards.
  • Two years (2) plus SQL experience writing queries to extract data from relational databases
  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze systems and procedures
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple design streams across concurrent work effort.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with programming languages commonly used for data analysis such as Python or R.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Completion of two or more full-scale data migration projects (legacy to cloud or legacy to modern ERP/CRM).
  • Experience working on a development team.
  • Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
