More specifically, this role will be involved in scaling the sales book management process, supporting the compensation strategy, evolving the lead generation program, and evaluating performance through analysis and reporting. Candidates should be highly proficient in SQL, with experience cleaning, transforming, and modeling large data sets to build sustainable data products and deliver meaningful analysis. Familiarity with Tableau or a similar business intelligence tool is required to develop and enhance reporting and dashboards. The ideal candidate has experience working with sales and distribution organizations, including data from CRM systems, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity while communicating clearly and partnering consultatively with stakeholders.
