The Quality Management Data Analyst supports various Quality Management functions by bringing creativity, critical thinking, and disciplined design and analytic practices to provide users with timely insights and information. The successful data professional will provide decision support by leveraging various modes of analysis (such as diagnostic, forensic, descriptive, and trend analyses) to translate insights into intelligible recommendations expressed in reports, dashboards, and presentations. This position is fulltime remote. While there is no expectation of being in the office routinely, they may be required to report to the Alliance Home Office (Morrisville, North Carolina) for business meetings as needed.
