Trillium Health Resources is a Tailored Plan and Managed Care Organization (MCO) serving 46 counties across North Carolina. We manage services for individuals with serious mental health needs, substance use disorders, traumatic brain injuries, and intellectual/development (IDD) disabilities. Our mission is to help individuals and families build strong foundations for healthy, fulfilling lives. Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Network Data Analyst to join our team! The Network Data Analyst is responsible for compiling, analyzing, and maintaining provider network data to support reporting needs related to network adequacy, provider data accuracy, and regulatory compliance. This role ensures the integrity and accuracy of provider data, develops reports to assess network performance, and provides insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in provider network data analysis or healthcare reporting; OR Equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must reside within North Carolina.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in Data Analytics, Health Informatics, Business, or a related field (such as Information Technology or Statistics) or a Human Services field (such as Psychology, Social Work, etc.)
  • Experience in the areas of data management, statistics, and network analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in the development of analytical reports by conducting in-depth data analysis, summarizing key findings, and interpreting results. Identifies data errors, inconsistencies, patterns, and trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Assists in the preparation, validation, and finalization of network-related reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ensures accuracy and completeness of data prior to report submission.
  • Performs regular audits and reconciliations of data across multiple processing systems. Identifies discrepancies and works collaboratively to resolve issues, ensuring data integrity.
  • Works closely with colleagues to evaluate data quality, identify potential data-related problems, and investigate root causes. Recommends and implements corrective actions to improve data accuracy and consistency.
  • Ensures that reports and data visualizations are clear, accessible, and presented in a user-friendly format for stakeholders.
