Start YOUR career with DHL today… DHL currently has an exciting opportunity available for an Intern of NOEP Data Analytics, as part of the Americas Network Operations Efficiency Platform (NOEP) team. The NOEP Data Analytics intern, analyzes and reports critical data for Ground Operations across the Americas Region, developing and maintaining the team's data pipeline, and supporting new initiatives.

Requirements

BS/BA in Engineering or Computer science
Able to code. Notions of SQL, python… are highly desirable.
Experience in using our standard analytics tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI / Tableau, SSIS, Power Platform / Power Apps, Excel
Comfortable supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, and international environment
Energetic team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
Able to produce creative analytical solutions based on stakeholder requirements.
Success-oriented problem solver. Independent work ethic, integrity, and loyalty.
Available to perform the internship for a period of at least 6 months.
Internship is onsite must be willing to relocate in Plantation, FL

Responsibilities

Cleanse, analyze, and report on different datasets within the company.
Interpret and visualize analytical results for business partners and other non-technical stakeholders.
Develop statistical and/or optimization models
Create solution prototypes for business users to experiment. Identify new use cases for application of advanced analytics and facilitate a data-driven culture.
Produce accurate outcomes on analytics tasks, ensuring reproducibility and precision of results.
Develop and maintain PowerBI reports and dashboards
Maintain and improve the area’s data pipeline
Interpret and visualize analytical results for business partners and other non-technical stakeholders.
Support innovation and AI initiatives by reviewing, optimizing, and developing reports, scripts, and models.
