About The Position

As the Data Analyst- Medical Device, you will support the Sleep and Respiratory Care (S&RC) Quality organization and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) Team by providing support in managing and analyzing CAPA data, as well as managing the CAPA Dashboard. Your role: Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze complex datasets using advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to uncover insights that inform strategic business decisions and operational efficiencies. Deliver strategic insights by interpreting complex data sets and translating them into actionable business intelligence Modeling and Visualization: Develop predictive models and data visualizations with tools like Power BI, Python, R, and Tableau to forecast trends, detect anomalies, and report on operational performance for proactive decision-making. Project Collaboration and Execution: Work collaboratively with senior management and cross-functional teams to prioritize, design, and execute data analytics projects aligned with organizational goals. Draft proposals for new analytics initiatives, evaluate business opportunities, and recommend data-driven strategies.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor's in areas such as Data Analytics, Data Modeling.
  • You’ve acquired 2+ years of working experience handling the analysis of complex datasets using advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to uncover deep insights that inform strategic business decisions and operational efficiencies
  • Your skills include creating sophisticated predictive models and data visualizations, utilizing tools like Power BI, Python, R, and Tableau, to forecast trends, patterns, and anomalies for proactive decision-making, working under limited supervision
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
  • For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA.
