Electrical Thermal Solutions (ETS), part of Spirax Group, comprises Chromalox, Durex Industries, Vulcanic, and Thermocoax businesses, specializing in electrical process heating and temperature management solutions, including industrial heaters and systems, heat tracing, and various component technologies. Chromalox, headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has a 100-year history of innovation, starting with the invention of the first metal-sheathed resistance heating element. The company is recognized for delivering solutions that exceed specifications, limit risk, and reduce operating costs in demanding industries. As the Data Analyst - Manufacturing, the successful candidate will join the LaVergne Plant Finance team and support current and future analytical projects.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with integrating systems with various internal and external solutions.

- Proven project management and organizational skills.
- Subject matter expert in manufacturing processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in information systems or business administration
Responsibilities
- Maintain/Expand current analytical reports and distribution
- Share your experiences of good and best practice in manufacturing processes to benefit the Plant.
- Develop cohesive relationships with the Plant Leadership Team to build long-term strategies that align Plant needs and the Leadership Team’s vision
- Collaborate with managers and supervisors to deliver highly effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Guide projects through to completion with the possibility of rapidly shifting priorities.
- Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
- Create how-to desktop process documents, end-user training material and other supporting artifacts for job functions (document your work).
- Create reports, dashboards, and charts to visualize data insights
- Identify trends and patterns for strategic decision making and forecasting.
- Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of processes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
