Requirements

  • The desire and flexibility to commit to a 40-hour work week during the summer of 2026, in addition to a 10-20-hour remote work week during the fall 2026 and spring 2027 semesters.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Math or related fields from an accredited college or university.
  • Working knowledge in data analytics using Microsoft Excel, power query, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for Office, Power BI.
  • Experience of capturing, querying, interpreting, and manipulating data and databases.
  • Professional oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work with product safety & compliance specialists to review and accurately record data in our compliance management system.
  • Maintain documents via the product safety & compliance SharePoint site.
  • Collaborate with product safety and compliance team, to understand their needs, and find creative solutions to meet those needs.
  • Performs data entry and analysis of chemical information in our corporate systems.
  • Query databases using statistical computer languages and build models that draw on strong understanding of mathematical programming techniques.
  • Record and interpret data for analyses, reporting, interpreting, or publishing.
  • Understand various business needs and create effective visualizations or analysis that will drive action.
