About The Position

IntWork's client is seeking a mid-level Data Analyst II to help strengthen and expand our analytics ecosystem. As Data Analyst II, you’ll write SQL queries and develop data models to support robust reporting, create and refine Power BI dashboards for financial, sales, and operation insights, and conduct statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling using Python or R where appropriate. Your work will ensure that every team has reliable, accurate, and actionable insights when they need them.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• bachelor's degree in related field
• strong SQL skills
• solid business acumen
• experience building dashboards
• comfort explaining analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis and automating workflows is highly valued.
• Experience in manufacturing or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) is preferred
