About The Position

This position is a hybrid role requiring employees to work from our headquarters location in Seattle, WA every Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote all other days. As a Data Analyst II within Real Estate Operations Analytics, you’ll work closely with product, program, and sales leadership to develop metrics, design strategies, and track the success or failure of our efforts. You’ll draw on a wide variety of data sources, including some of the most complete and robust real estate data in the world, synthesizing insights which guide some of the most important decisions in our business. About The Role You will leverage your analytical expertise to deliver simple answers to complex, ambiguous questions. You will maintain and expand the Tableau layer for an established area of brokerage strategy You will engage in stakeholder communication and translating analytics findings into strategic action. You will collaborate with team members to review analyses, code, and dashboards to ensure high fidelity deliverables that answer the right questions.

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of experience in building reports, tables, and performing multi-faceted business analysis and presentations
  • You have 3+ years of SQL experience at a complex level
  • Advanced Skillset with Tableau, R and/or Python
  • You are a natural story teller. You know how to connect the dots and deliver concise messages (both written and verbal) to stakeholders that drive business decisions
  • You understand the complexities and interactions between data sets, reports, tables, business groups, and how they impact the business objectives and outcomes
  • You have a background in breaking down complex problems into simplified narratives for non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in statistics, computer science, or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Expertise using AI code generation tools tools such as Snowflake Intelligence and GitHub CoPilot highly desired
  • Real Estate industry experience desired.
  • Experience with small N datasets and financial data desired.
