About The Position

We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to support a large-scale ERP Optimization initiative across SAP and Oracle environments. This role focuses on data cleanup, standardization, conversion support, and operational data integrity , and plays a critical role in improving the accuracy and usability of ERP data that supports manufacturing, planning, and procurement operations. This is not an ERP implementation role. The Data Analyst will work alongside internal IT, data, and business teams to remediate data issues, support optimization efforts, and prepare the organization for future ERP consolidation and migration initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst supporting ERP environments
  • Strong hands-on experience working with databases and ERP data structures
  • Ability to analyze, compare, and reconcile large datasets
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or operational data
  • Familiarity with SAP and/or Oracle ERP systems
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite at manufacturing facilities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or Oracle ERP platforms
  • Manufacturing or industrial operations background
  • Experience supporting ERP optimization or pre-migration initiatives
  • Exposure to forecasting, production planning, or inventory data models

Responsibilities

  • Analyze ERP data across SAP ECC, Oracle, and legacy systems
  • Compare, reconcile, and validate tables and datasets across systems
  • Standardize data structures, formats, and field usage
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies impacting operational execution
  • Support data cleanup and remediation activities identified during optimization
  • Assist with data mapping, validation, and reconciliation to support conversion readiness
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to determine which data should be fixed, curated, or retired
  • Support materials, purchasing, inventory, and production-related data domains
  • Improve data quality supporting forecasting, scheduling, and reorder logic
  • Collaborate with IT, security, technical, and project management teams
  • Document findings, standards, and recommendations clearly
  • Work onsite with plant and corporate teams as required
