As a Data Analyst, you will transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence strategy, improve customer outcomes, and support business growth. You’ll join a collaborative, high performing analytics team with deep Consumer Banking expertise. This role is ideal for an analyst who thrives in a fast moving environment, enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and can translate data into decisions leaders act on.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Four to five years of statistical and/or data analytics experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience applying advanced analytics, statistics, or predictive modeling to business problems
  • Strong capability working with large, complex datasets, including data extraction and validation
  • Proficiency with SQL; experience with Python or R preferred
  • Experience building dashboards and visualizations that drive business action
  • Ability to translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders to define questions and influence decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple analytical initiatives in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with data governance, risk, and privacy standards, especially with customer data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to business partners

Responsibilities

  • Deliver insights that support acquisition, retention, and product deepening across Consumer Banking
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Source, integrate, and validate data from multiple enterprise systems
  • Design dashboards, visualizations, and ad hoc analyses that clearly communicate findings
  • Translate analysis into concise, business focused recommendations
  • Partner with stakeholders and data teams to provide a holistic view of performance
  • Monitor results of implemented recommendations and refine analysis over time
  • Ensure all data usage complies with risk, privacy, and data governance standards
