Data Analysis Lead- Commercial Pharmaceutical Business
About The Position
As a Data Analysis Lead - Commercial pharmaceutical business you will drive strategic data initiatives in the commercial Life Sciences domain, with a focus on Commercial Data interpretation, commercial pharma data analysis, and dashboard design. You will be a valued member of the Life Science team and work collaboratively with manager, team members and clients. In this role, you will: Solution Architecture & Delivery Design and implement scalable, compliant data analysis solutions for commercialization of pharmaceutical drugs. Lead end-to-end data analysis by querying data, interpreting it, massaging and transforming it and creating insights on charts to represent it for a business audience. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align approach with strategic goals. Business Intelligence Lead BI initiatives like KPI harmonization, dashboard design and wireframe creation. Data Experience Required Candidate must have knowledge of/ working experience with data from one or more of the following software or data vendors: SAP (Core, CRM) CRM Warehouse Systems Contracting IQVIA Integrichain Viztex Work model: Hybrid At Cognizant, we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible, and we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in US Pharmaceutical sales analytics or sales operations with a strong focus on data and analytics.
- Bachelor degree in statistics, data analytics, MBA, Masters in Statistics, Masters in Data Science or equivalent
- Proven expertise in interpreting data analysis, BI dashboards implementation, and data warehousing
- Strong communication, leadership, and client stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of database structures
- Ability to write complex sql queries to pull data
