Position Summary: The Data Analysis Assistant will support NMILC’s data collection and analysis through maintenance and development of data visualizations, configuration of processes and reports in LegalServer, and data entry/cleanup.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM
• Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count)
• If Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.

Responsibilities

• Data Visualization – build, update, and refine outcome and grant dashboards in Microsoft Power BI.
• Database Management – build and edit processes and reports in LegalServer case management database.
• Occasional data entry and data cleanup as required to facilitate data visualization and outcome reporting.
