About The Position

Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is seeking a qualified Data Administrator II. The position is at the Calibration Standards Ready Issue Activity (CSRIA) Warehouse in Beaufort, SC. This is a fully On-Site position in South Carolina.

Requirements

  • A high school degree or GED is required; an Associate of Arts degree is desired.
  • Must have at least one year of experience performing Data Administration related duties.
  • Prior data entry experience.
  • Proficient and accurate typing and filing skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (365, 2016 Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to set priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem solving, basic research, and data collection capabilities.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Ability to pass an employment background check.
  • Ability to pass and complete a U.S. government-trusted background clearance check.
  • Ability to obtain a Common Access Card.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with any of the following is a plus: the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps Metrology Calibration (METCAL) Program, military aviation supply, NAVAIR Metrology Calibration equipment, Department of Defense (DoD)/Navy systems, or the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) disposition program.

Responsibilities

  • Enters all data into the Calibration Standards Asset Management System (CSAMS) inventory application.
  • Drafts, updates, and follows associated processes relating to data administration.
  • Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents to verify receipt of material to/from CSRIA Warehouse.
  • Files, stores, and secures various physical and electronic records, including receipts, issues, inventory, dispositions, merges, deletions, and correspondence.
  • Prints and scans files to vendors, customers, and acquisitions personnel.
  • Generates weekly and monthly reports.
  • Researches, troubleshoots, and corrects any processing errors to achieve the NAVAIR METCAL inventory management goals while complying with data integrity and security policies.
  • Corresponds with the Program Office, Type Commanders, and Lab Managers worldwide to provide an up-to-date, real-time account of existing materials.
  • Communicates, schedules, and processes vendor warranty repairs.
  • Submits trouble tickets and provides input to CSAMS developers to solve application problems and create efficiencies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
