About The Position

The Dash Cashier Attendant is responsible for providing quick and friendly service to all customers, processing cash transactions, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant and register areas. Key duties include being knowledgeable about all menu items, making suggestions, answering customer questions, and handling money and change accurately. The role also involves performing side work, stocking and organizing supplies, serving prepared food and beverages, and selling retail food items. Adherence to attendance guidelines, company policies, and safety protocols is essential. The attendant is expected to foster a safe work environment, follow all procedures, and complete tasks assigned by management. A pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor, teamwork, and participation in mandatory meetings are also required.

Responsibilities

  • Be knowledgeable of all menu items – make suggestions and answer questions.
  • Provide quick and friendly service to all customers.
  • Process cash transactions by accepting money and making necessary change, while presenting a receipt to the customer.
  • Clean register and restaurant areas, including counter tops, sinks, display shelves, tables, storage areas and lounge areas at assigned station.
  • Perform all side work and stocking / organizes of supplies at assigned station.
  • Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
  • Foster safe work environment by following safety guidelines.
  • Follow all policies and procedures.
  • Complete any other task assigned by management.
  • Serve prepared food and beverages to guests.
  • Stock and sell retail food items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front and back of the house areas.
  • Follow the Everyone Greets Everyone (EGE) policy, acknowledging guests and fellow team members.
  • Participate in all mandatory meetings and pre-shift BUZZ sessions.
