About The Position

Ensemble Schools is looking for an experienced Front Desk Administrator to help administer at D'Valda & Sirico Dance and Music Centre. Our growing studio in Fairfield, CT, focuses on providing quality instruction in a safe environment. Our positive classrooms are staffed by amazing teachers who go beyond teaching dance technique to developing important life skills in students because D'Valda & Sirico is about More Than Just Great Dancing!®
Schedule:
Ideal start date would be for late June. This part-time position would average about 15-20 hours per week, with the potential for 30+ hours during peak times.
Must work alternate Saturdays, occasional Sundays, and events.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in Canva, Google Drive, and Microsoft Word
• Comfortable with customer service, including interactions with adults, teens, and children
• Posses strong marketing, phone, and interpersonal skills
• Front desk administrative experience in an artistic venue (e.g., music or dance studio), including light manual work and assisting at various events

Responsibilities

• Process student enrollments, scheduling, and maintaining accounts.
• Actualize long and short term projects within the studio.
• Work directly with the directors, dance faculty, parents and students.
• Assist with marketing for the studio.
• Maintain strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide reliable transportation and pass a routine background check.
• Exhibit traits of dependability, professionalism, enthusiasm, punctuality, and friendliness.
