About The Position

Production Company Dance Centre in Longmont, CO, is seeking a reliable, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Administrator to support daily studio operations and create a welcoming, positive experience for our families and staff. Position Overview This role is the first point of contact for our studio and plays a key part in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion. Typical hours: Approximately 2:00–8:00 PM Saturday availability preferred

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
  • Team-oriented with a positive, solution-focused attitude
  • Proficiency in Canva (or similar design tools) required

Nice To Haves

  • Marketing experience or interest strongly preferred
  • Experience working with children and families preferred
  • A love for dance and enthusiasm for young dancers

Responsibilities

  • Manage student enrollments, scheduling, and account updates
  • Provide excellent customer service to families, students, and staff
  • Support studio communication and assist with marketing initiatives
  • Assist with both short- and long-term studio projects
  • Maintain organization of front desk systems and daily operations
  • Collaborate closely with studio leadership and teaching staff
