This role requires standing, walking, and dancing for extended periods.
Must be able to demonstrate dance movements and maintain high energy levels throughout the workday.
Must be available for some weekday evenings and weekend events.

Responsibilities

Teach private and group dance lessons in various ballroom styles throughout the week
Build meaningful relationships with students from all walks of life and help them reach their personal dance goals
Guide students on their journey—whether preparing for a single event or pursuing lifelong dance growth
Attend studio events, parties, and competitions with your students (some weekday evenings and weekends)
Participate in ongoing professional training to continuously enhance your dance and teaching skills
Create a welcoming environment where every student feels valued and supported
Collaborate with your Fred Astaire team to deliver an exceptional student experience
