This role involves managing and optimizing Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms within diverse MarTech ecosystems, driving strategy and governance for data, collaborating with various teams, optimizing platform performance, and innovating with new DAM technologies and automation tools.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in Digital Asset Management, MarTech operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing DAMs in multiple MarTech ecosystems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Aprimo, Widen, or Bynder).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve challenges independently or collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in metadata standards, taxonomy development, and an understanding of API integrations between DAMs and CMS/Social platforms.
  • Strong ability to influence decisions and mentor others while promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms across diverse MarTech ecosystems, ensuring assets are organized, searchable, and accessible.
  • Implement data governance policies, including metadata management, taxonomy structures, and access control to ensure consistency across client workstreams.
  • Partner with Creative, Technology, and Client Service teams to establish a shared understanding of asset requirements and solve complex integration challenges.
  • Monitor DAM platform health, analyze workflow efficiency, and perform capacity planning to support future scalability.
  • Evaluate new DAM technologies and orchestration tools to automate testing, streamline uploads, and manage global environments.
  • Take the helm to navigate complex asset migrations and system implementations, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Set delivery standards through detailed process documentation with an emphasis on repeatability and scale.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior crew members, ensuring they follow procedures and maintain quality standards.
  • Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to define asset requirements that answer key business questions.
