About The Position

Deliver dairy products to campus outlets; assist with cheese making and other dairy processing operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One year of experience operating dairy processing equipment or experience in a closely related field
• An equivalent combination of related education and related experience may be considered for this position
• Ability to perform simple mathematic calculations
• Valid Driver's License and ability to obtain Commercial Driver's License within 6 months of employment
• Ability to read gauges and graphs and record handwritten information daily
• Completion of drug tests which indicate an absence of illegal controlled substance use

Responsibilities

• Deliver dairy products
• Assist in processing and making cheese
• Function as relief in milk packaging operation, processing, and ice cream packaging
• Operate tank truck to pick up raw milk (as needed)
• Assist with the packaging and waxing of cheese
• Assist with mailing of cheese orders
• Assist with the manufacture of processed cheeses and other dairy products
• Perform related duties as assigned
