About The Position

The Dairy/Dept Leader is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience by embracing the Customer 1st strategy and encouraging associates to deliver excellent customer service. This role involves establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment, achieving sales and profit goals, and monitoring quality assurance standards and expenses. The leader will direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities for the department, while demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Responsibilities

  • Create an outstanding customer experience by embracing the Customer 1st strategy and encouraging associates to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return.
  • Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department.
  • Monitor and control all established quality assurance standards and expenses.
  • Direct and supervise all functions, duties and activities for the department.
