The Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living (DAIL)is seeking a skilled Data and Program Policy Manager to oversee data and program policy activities at a professional level. This role involves managing projects to ensure timely completion within budget, coordinating meetings, resources, and information, and maintaining smooth project workflows. The Data and Program Policy Manager’s responsibilities, including data analysis, reporting and logistics. Preferred candidates will have: Proven experience in project management, preferably within a similar field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in data analysis and financial operations. Familiarity with grant management and writing. Ability to work under general direction and collaborate with various stakeholders. Reporting Structure: This position reports to the Commissioner, or designee, with significant interaction with the DAIL leadership team and similar level staff of other state agencies and community partners.
