Are you detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining inventory accuracy? Join us as a Cycle Counter and play a critical role in ensuring our inventory is always precise and well-managed. Your contributions will directly support our production and supply chain operations, keeping everything running smoothly. As a Cycle Counter in our milk production facility, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring stock levels align with operational needs. You'll conduct regular counts, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with various departments to resolve issues effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in inventory management, cycle counting, or a related role in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and record-keeping.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, and move for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of inventory in designated areas.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory counts, adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Work closely with the warehouse and production teams to ensure accurate inventory transfers and proper storage practices.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed to access inventory for counting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during all inventory activities.
• Participate in inventory audits and support process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, such as labeling, organizing, and monitoring stock levels.
