Requirements

Manufacturing experience
Forklift experience
Good record of attendance at previous jobs
Past experience working in cycle counting
Individuals that are eager to grow their career and willing to represent our values of Agility, Enjoyment, and Always Improving
Ability to lift, up to, 50lb
Strong attention to detail with ability to accurately verify inventory, labels, and documentation
Comfortable working with shipping, receiving, and material handling teams to coordinate inventory activities
Familiarity with labeling systems and ensuring proper identification of materials
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and printing reports or tickets
Problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve inventory variances
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
Flexibility to assist with additional responsibilities as needed
Ability to commute to Fort Wayne
