About the role Job Summary The Sr. Warehouse/ Logistics Worker is responsible for performing warehouse duties such as receiving, inspecting, storing, and shipping goods, including delivery, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. This role supports inventory control and ensures compliance with warehouse procedures. This job profile is intended for experienced support-level staff that generally works autonomously and only requires closer supervision in non-routine situations. Requirements
- Typically requires vocational training (or equivalent experience) and several years of relevant work experience to carry out the role.
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments and verify contents.
- Pick, pack, and prepare goods for shipment.
- Maintain accurate records of received and shipped items.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
- Assist with inventory counts and audits.
- Follow safety and operational procedures in the warehouse.
