About The Position

Impact Workforce Solutions is hiring for Cycle Counters in Union, OH. Impact is proud to offer an industry leading benefits and wellness package, with eligibility for some programs beginning Day 1! Our positions are full time, year-around employment with paid training. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cycle Counter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting physical counts of inventory and ensuring accurate record-keeping of all items in our warehouse.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related experience in a similar role
• At least 2 years experience operating a cherry picker/order picker
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical labor as needed
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cycle counts of inventory and reconcile any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory items
• Collaborate with other members of the team to resolve any inventory discrepancies
• Participate in physical inventory counts as needed
• Ensure that all inventory is properly stored and accounted for
• Provide regular updates to management on inventory levels and discrepancies
