About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cycle Count / RMA Specialist to support accurate inventory management and efficient handling of returned materials. This role is responsible for performing regular cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and processing Returned Material Authorizations (RMAs) in accordance with company procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations (preferred).
• Experience processing RMAs is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and experience with ERP/WMS systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of inventory best practices.
• Familiarity with FIFO, lot control, or serialized inventory.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances and discrepancies.
• Process RMAs, including receiving, inspecting, documenting, and tracking returned items.
• Coordinate with Quality, Purchasing, and Customer Service teams on RMA disposition.
• Ensure inventory transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP/WMS system.
• Label, store, and move inventory according to warehouse standards.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and reporting.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company policies.
