Requirements

  • Minimum of six (6) years of general IT experience.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of cybersecurity experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in projects of similar size and complexity.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
  • Risk Management Professional (RMP) credential.
  • DOD 8570 IAM Level III certification
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • GIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC)
  • Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO)
  • Top Secret T-5 Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Project Manager for large, complex task orders (or groups of task orders affecting the same migration system), ensuring technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner.
  • Assist the Program Manager in coordinating with Government Contracting Officers (KO), task order-level CORs and COTRs, Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives.
  • Perform enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning and interface with other functional systems.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring alignment with technical, cybersecurity, and operational objectives.
  • Support project management lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of task order performance.
  • Ensure all solutions comply with Risk Management Framework (RMF) guidelines and organizational cybersecurity standards.
