About The Position

Xenith Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Task Order Project Manager delivering critical enterprise reference data to enhance command and control (C2), logistics, transportation, deployment, and financial systems. Xenith provides full lifecycle IT services including systems engineering, software development, database administration, cybersecurity, system sustainment, data governance, and customer support. The Task Order Project Manager (TOPM) is responsible for managing all aspects of contract execution for TRDM, serving as the primary point of contact for technical and management matters, and ensuring compliance with all PWS requirements. The TOPM leads contractor personnel across functional areas, maintains the Contract Management Plan, and delivers accurate reports on status, cost, staffing, risks, and performance. Working closely with the COR and Government stakeholders, the TOPM supports informed decision-making and mission success by ensuring schedule adherence, resource optimization, and issue resolution. Additionally, the TOPM assists the Program Manager in coordinating with Government officials and managing the timely delivery of complex task order solutions.

Requirements

  • BS or BA OR four (4) additional years of related experience.
  • IAT Level II: Security+ CE
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Five (5) years of relevant experience
  • Five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields
  • Program and Contract Oversight – Proven ability to lead contract execution, oversee multi-functional teams, and ensure delivery of all technical and programmatic requirements on time and within scope.
  • Stakeholder and Communication Management – Skilled in serving as the primary liaison with Government stakeholders, providing timely updates, facilitating meetings, and ensuring responsive, transparent communication.
  • Personnel and Resource Management – Experience managing contractor staffing, ensuring alignment with labor categories and qualifications, and adjusting resource allocations to meet dynamic mission demands.
  • Compliance, Risk, and Quality Control – Strong understanding of DoD IA/security requirements, with the ability to maintain contract compliance, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement across all functional areas.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience Managing DoD IT Contracts – Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams on large-scale Department of Defense (DoD) IT contracts, particularly in enterprise data or logistics systems.
  • Strong Knowledge of Agile and ITIL Frameworks – Familiarity with Agile project management and ITIL service delivery practices to support iterative development and operations in a high-security environment.
  • Understanding of RMF and DoD Cybersecurity Compliance – Experience supporting projects governed by the Risk Management Framework (RMF), including ATO processes and cybersecurity control implementation.
  • Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Abilities – Ability to effectively communicate technical issues, manage expectations, and build trust with senior government stakeholders and mission owners.
