Job Description: The Incident Response Specialist collaborates with security and IT teams to enhance incident response strategies, focusing on automation and containment. This role involves analyzing the impact of incidents on data, systems, and networks, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and staying current with cybersecurity trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or 4 years additional equivalent work experience) in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in incident response or cybersecurity
  • Experience with incident response tools (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS)
  • Experience in developing incident response documentation
  • Experience in forensic investigations and strong knowledge of data security best practices
  • Must be a US citizen (No Dual Citizenship)
  • Active Secret Clearance

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, GCIH)

Responsibilities
