About The Position

14512 – Cybersecurity Business Analyst (onsite) – Juno Beach, FL Start Date : ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration : 12+ months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client OR onsite. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration. Required: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required); Experience as a Business Systems Analyst / IT Business Analyst (10+ years); Experience working with cybersecurity or security programs; Experience with OT / ICS environments (SCADA, control systems, industrial networks). Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Translate cybersecurity and OT control requirements into actionable functional specifications, including dependencies, constraints, and technical acceptance criteria. Model current‑ and future‑state IT/OT architectures, documenting network zones, data flows, trust boundaries, and integration points relevant to security capabilities. Identify security and operational gaps by analyzing system behaviors, asset dependencies, and protocol interactions (e.g., polling intervals, deterministic communication patterns). Define detailed use cases and operational scenarios for security tooling such as OT asset discovery, network monitoring, remote access platforms, SIEM integrations, or identity controls. Evaluate the operational impact of security controls, documenting mitigation steps for latency‑sensitive systems, vendor‑managed environments, or legacy ICS/OT hardware. Develop process maps and procedural documentation that link business workflows, operational activities, and security requirements across IT and OT domains. Support solution design and decision‑making by providing structured requirement traceability, risk considerations, feasibility assessments, and integration constraints across IT/OT systems. Requirements

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required)
• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst / IT Business Analyst (10+ years)
• Experience working with cybersecurity or security programs
