As a Cyber Technical Analyst, a typical day will include the following duties: Description GCI is looking for a highly motivated and experienced expert Cyber Technical Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for the below: The resource will manage ongoing operational efforts in coordination with relevant teams and exercise judgment with a counterintelligence focus. The resource will provide support for targeting efforts, including maintaining taskings and assisting human intelligence and technical operations. The resource will use available information and research to identify potential sources and leads and provide written reports on the findings and supporting data. The resource will stay up to date with relevant skills and tools used for information gathering and analysis. The resource will prepare and edit written and electronic communications for various audiences. The resource will manager and coordinate internal and external communications through various channels. The resource may be required to travel within and outside the country to provide support as directed.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with a minimum of 10 years of experience in targeting or related fields; and at least 6 years of experience supporting operational or technical teams in a targeting role.
• Demonstrated experience targeting specific individuals, entities, or networks using current methods and best practices in intelligence operations, with a focus on foreign intelligence targets (experience from 2021 onwards).
• Demonstrated experience performing data analysis, creating visual representations of complex information, and identifying and tracking targets for intelligence operations.
• Demonstrated experience identifying and targeting individuals or groups with specialized technical skills or knowledge for intelligence gathering purposes.
• Demonstrated experience using a variety of analytical tools and platforms for data analysis and targeting purposes.
• Demonstrated experience conducting advanced network analysis and cyber operations.
• Demonstrated experience using signals intelligence or other forms of electronic intelligence to support research and analysis efforts.
• Demonstrated experience writing reports and documents, including analytical summaries, briefing materials, and strategic plans.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with partners on cybersecurity issue sand topics.
• Demonstrated experience supporting and development and monitoring of technical plans and operations.
• BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
• 11+ years of experience
• A candidate must be a US Citizen and requires an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

• Demonstrated experience working on joint operations or targeting efforts with a focus on specialized technical topics.
• Demonstrated experience working with partners and stakeholders and supporting outreach efforts with external organizations.
• Demonstrated experience working on specialized or classified projects.
• Demonstrated experience an ability to travel domestically and internationally to support key partnerships and operations.
• Demonstrated experience reading and translating Mandarin.
