As a Cyber Technical Analyst, a typical day will include the following duties: Description GCI is looking for a highly motivated and experienced expert Cyber Technical Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for the below: The resource will analyze and integrate various types of collected data, including information from cyber operations, user activity, and device metadata, to identify and map networks, bout human and technical. The resource will utilize technical data collections and large datasets to identify and develop opportunities for gathering intelligence on mobile devices. The resource will collaborate with other teams to support mission objectives by identifying and location mobile devices.

Requirements

• Proven experience collaborating with government agencies and other stakeholders to support technical operations, with strong understanding of operational environments, tradecraft, security protocols and counterintelligence measures.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team, integrating multiple disciplines and perspectives to solve complex problems and drive results.
• Proven ability to communicate complex ideas effectively through written and oral means, with the capacity to adapt massaging to diverse audiences and technical backgrounds.
• Proven ability to analyze and integrate information from multiple sources to inform and support technical operations, with a focus on identifying and prioritizing targets.
• Proven ability to effectively utilize a range of tolls and databases to identify and develop operational leads, supporting technical operations and mission objectives.
• Proven ability to conduct online research ensuring the security and integrity of the research project.
• Proven ability to collect, analyze, and evaluate large datasets from diverse sources, including but not limited to, multi-source intelligence and technical operations.
• Proven ability to analyze data and identify insights that inform operational decisions and drive actionable outcomes.
• Proven ability to conduct online activities in a secure and covert manner, utilizing best practices to maintain operational security.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, US Government agencies, and Intelligence Community partners, to facilitate the sharing of information and coordination of efforts.
• Demonstrated experience using strong analytic, writing, and briefing skills when presenting results of targeting research.
• Demonstrated experience in targeting that drives findings.
• Proven ability and willingness to engage in international partnerships and exchanges, fostering cooperation and collaboration with foreign counterparts.
• Proven ability to effectively manage counterintelligence when tasking all -source collection.
• Proven ability to effectively manage counterintelligence when clearing data for release.
• Proven ability to develop and implement targeting strategies that leverage technical expertise to drive operational outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience writing and coordinating cables in customer cable systems.
• Proven experience and working knowledge of telecommunication systems, including mobile networks and computer networks with a strong understanding of thein underlying technologies and architectures.
• Proven ability to develop and compile comprehensive targeting information into actional packages for operation use, supporting both field operations and headquarters-level decision-making.
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to inform content analysis, driving the expansion of technical capabilities and collection operations.
• BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
• 11+ years of experience
• A candidate must be a US Citizen and requires an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Proven experience working with sensitive or protected information systems, demonstrating a strong understanding of data management and security protocols.
• Demonstrated experience working with customer databases and analytic tools.
• Proven experience working in a targeting capacity, focusing on counterintelligence issues, and demonstrating a strong understanding of HUMINT operations and targeting principles.
• Proven experience conducting or supporting human intelligence or cyber intelligence collection and exploitation operations in a field or operational environment.
• Proven experience and working knowledge of telecommunication systems, including mobile networks and computer networks with a strong understanding of thein underlying technologies and architectures.
• Demonstrated experience with reading Spanish language text is highly desired.
• Demonstrated experience and fluency in speaking and listening to Spanish language, in formal settings, such as meetings with foreign liaison partners.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting operations, with a proven track record of success in complex and dynamic environments.
