As a Cyber Technical Analyst, a typical day will include the following duties: Description GCI is looking for a highly motivated and experienced expert Cyber Technical Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for the below: The resource will utilize their Spanish language skills to analyze technical data and support operations focused on identifying and developing opportunities in a specific region or against specific targets. The resource will analyze online environments to identify and understand complex networks and relationships. The resource shall work with other teams to drive mission impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience providing technical support to government agencies or other organizations, with a strong understanding of operational environments, security protocols, and countermeasures.
• Proven experience working collaboratively as part of a diverse team to address complex challenges and drive solutions.
• Proven ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences, both in writing and in person.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting all-source targeting to drive technical operations.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing an array of targeting tolls/databases for operational leads in support of technical operations.
• Proven ability to conduct internet research using methodologies that ensure best practice or anonymity and misattribution.
• Proven ability to analyze and synthesize large datasets from diverse sources, including but not limit to, muti-source intelligence, technical collections, signals intelligence, and geospatial imagery.
• Proven ability to transform data into valuable intelligence that informs operations decisions and drives actionable outcomes.
• Proven ability to conduct online activities with a high degree of anonymity and operational security.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, US Government agencies, and Intelligence Community partners, to facilitate the sharing of intelligence and coordination of efforts.
• Demonstrated experience using strong analytic, writing, and briefing skills when representing results of targeting research.
• Demonstrated experience in targeting that drives findings.
• Proven ability to identify information within collected data that could be leveraged for collection efforts.
• Demonstrated experience writing and coordinating cables in customer cable systems.
• Proven ability to develop and compile targeting information into comprehensive packages for operational use, supporting both field operations and headquarters-level decision making.
• Proven ability to analyze and utilize data to inform and support online management operations, enhancing their effectiveness and reach.
• Proven experience supporting operations.
• BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
• 8-10 years of experience
• A candidate must be a US Citizen and requires an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Proven experience working with secure or sensitive information systems, demonstrating a strong understanding of data management and security best practices.
• Demonstrated experience working with customer databases and analytic tools.
• Proven experience supporting or conducting operations that involve human intelligence gathering or cyber intelligence collection and analysis.
• Proven experience and working knowledge of telecommunications systems, including mobile networks and computer networks, with a strong understating of their underlying technologies and architectures.
• Demonstrated experience with reading Spanish language text is highly desired.
