As a Cyber Technical Analyst, a typical day will include the following duties: Description GCI is looking for a highly motivated and experienced expert Cyber Technical Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for the below: The resource will analyze raw data, combine it with other relevant information, and use the resulting insights to inform and support operational activities, including those carried out discreet. The resource shall lead discussions with the branch/team on their assigned topic/project. The resource shall be part of a small team that conceives and executes impactful projects. The resource will engage in activities aimed at countering cyber threats and gathering relevant information to support this effort. The resource will familiarize themselves with and adhere to established procedures and guidelines that support the organization's mission. The individual is expected to collaborate effectively with colleagues, management, and partners to achieve tasks efficiently, and take the initiative to communicate with relevant parties to ensure seamless coordination and information sharing.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience conducting cyber-related analysis and operations, utilizing technical skills to analyze and extract relevant information from various digital sources, and generating actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategies related to cyber operations, utilizing advance tools and techniques to gather and analyze information in a complex environment.
• Demonstrated experience working on a team that designs, develops, and implements complex operational plans and projects.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing network data, working with log and record management, and utilizing threat intelligence to inform cybersecurity decisions.
• Demonstrated experience working on challenging operational issues and developing innovative solutions to support mission objectives, including working with diverse partners and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience interpreting complex cyber issues to customers with wide range of technical expertise.
• Demonstrated experience delivering timely support and error-free products on short deadlines to support projects and engagements.
• Demonstrated experience working with various analytical tolls and data repositories to support information gathering and analysis.
• Demonstrated experience leading discussions with the branch/team.
• BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
• 8-10 years of experience
• A candidate must be a US Citizen and requires an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the China topic: culture/language.
• Demonstrated experience working with Python.
• Demonstrated experience working in command line within both Windows and Linux OS.
• Demonstrated experience working on complex projects or supporting cybersecurity initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with headquarters and field teams to drive projects and initiatives forward.
