About The Position

This role is for a Cyber Security Engineer I at Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, a leader in technologically advanced, intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry. The Mission Systems team supports civilian, military, and government customers with intelligent and secure communications, missionized systems for specialized aircraft and spacecraft, and collaborative space solutions. The successful candidate will play a critical part in ensuring customer success and anticipating future needs.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Cyber
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with basic network engineering fundamentals, including: OSI layers, IP addressing, sub-netting, TCP/IP stack, VLANs, DHCP, etc.
U.S. Citizen - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
Experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Administration and Monitoring of COTS Enterprise products to include: Windows Server and Workstation operating systems
Administration and Monitoring of COTS Enterprise products to include: Linux Broadcom vSphere environment
Administration and Monitoring of COTS Enterprise products to include: Enterprise DNS
Administration and Monitoring of COTS Enterprise products to include: Application delivery and load balancing appliances
Daily operational health checks, maintenance and compliance verification
