About The Position

The Cyber Program Manager Lead at Toyota Financial Services is responsible for developing and refining the initiatives roadmap and product backlog for information security functions. This role involves leading the successful delivery of projects, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The position is hybrid, requiring some in-office presence in Plano, TX, and is integral to enhancing the customer experience through innovative security solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or equivalent work experience.
  • 7 years of relevant work experience in a similar field or industry.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead change.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence or similar tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in business planning and resource allocation.
  • Ability to communicate complex IT concepts to non-technical management.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working with diverse international teams.
  • Industry certifications in PMP, CSM, or SAFe.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree (MA or MS).
  • Certifications in CISM, CISSP, or similar.
  • Knowledge of security and regulatory frameworks like ISO 27001, SOX, NIST.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project roadmap and strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Define project vision in collaboration with Cyber Security leaders and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on security program priorities and adjust project roadmap accordingly.
  • Plan and lead successful project delivery using agile methodologies.
  • Identify, document, and manage project risks and issues, providing timely solutions.
  • Oversee the release process and schedule for projects.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for project efficiency.
  • Manage project budget and advise on budget spending as necessary.
  • Provide reporting on project delivery performance to stakeholders.
  • Oversee vendor selection and contract management processes.
