About The Position

Peraton is currently seeking a Cyber Intelligence Operations Analyst who will be responsible for answering requests for information (RFI) from a variety of Federal Cyber Security partners. Location: Arlington, VA - Hybrid (50% telework) On-site presence required based on business needs. As the Cyber Intelligence Operations Analyst in this role, you will: Support a high-impact cybersecurity mission. Be responsible for responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) from a wide range of partners, including: Federal Civilian Executive Branch (FCEB) U.S. Intelligence Community (IC) State, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) entities Private sector organizations International partners U.S. critical infrastructure stakeholders Computer network defense communities In this role, you will: Support a team that integrates analytical activities into Threat Hunting, CISA Operations, and the broader cyber community. Conduct research and analysis using both classified and unclassified data sources. Write, edit, and format RFI responses with clarity and professionalism. Review threat intelligence and summarize key findings. Perform threat analysis and produce actionable intelligence products. Collaborate with mission teams, adversary analysts, and network analysts to develop complex insights. Facilitate information exchanges across diverse teams and stakeholders. Communicate research findings through well-structured written reports. Apply expertise in data, systems, networks, and organizational processes to meet mission objectives. Establish metrics to evaluate process effectiveness and capture lessons learned. Document operational challenges and coordinate across teams to identify and implement process improvements. Recommend solutions to enhance mission performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Assess project issues and develop resolutions aligned with agency goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.
  • Possess demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience conducting research and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Working knowledge of cyber operations theory, tactics, techniques and procedures required.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • An active Top Secret security clearance with eligibility to obtain SCI required.
  • In addition, selected candidate will be required to obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated DHS background investigation (EOD) for continued employment.
