Cyber Integration Engineer The Opportunity: As a Cyber Integration Engineer, you understand how to apply cybersecurity to the development and delivery of cyber resilient systems. You will work with your team to provide advice on security control implementation and executing the RMF process for the customer's mission area. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with guiding a client through the entire Risk Management Framework (RMF) process
  • Experience interpreting security controls and requirements
  • Experience with developing and interpreting technical specifications, plans and schedules, system diagrams, and network diagrams to assess control satisfaction
  • Experience using security tools, such as the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) system
  • Experience with space mission systems or terrestrial networks
  • Knowledge of information technology, such as firewalls, data encryption, or authentication, physical security assets, and security best practices
  • Ability to communicate security controls and requirements to system developers, sustainment teams, and stakeholders
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • DoD 8140 Certification, including Security+, CISSP, CCSP, or CASP+

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with security devices, including network firewalls, web proxy, intrusion prevention systems, vulnerability scanners, or penetration tools
  • Experience with space-based remote sensing systems or relay ground stations
  • Knowledge of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and Committee on National Security Systems Instruction, including NIST SP 800-60, NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-37, and CNSSI 1253
  • Knowledge of DoD 5000.01/02
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity preferred; Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity a plus
