About The Position
As a Cyber Human Capital Strategist, you will act as a t rus ted advisor to senior government leaders, guiding them through the rapidly evolving landscape of cyber human capital needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between innovation and governance, translating high-level priorities into actionable strategies and roadmaps. You will help your clients to balance the adoption of transformative human capital practices within the context of Department of Defense ( DoD ) personnel policies and regulations. Requirements
- 12+ years of experience working in a professional environment
- Experience advising senior clients in the DoD
- Experience translating ambiguous ideas into clear business goals, strategies, and actionable plans
- Ability to influence stakeholders, and persistently drive outcomes in dynamic organizational environments
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
