About The Position

As a Cyber Hard Targets (CHT) Mission Integrator, you’ll work closely with the Department of Defense (DoD) in support of the warfighter, aiding in the acquisition of capability to meet program objectives, ensuring the client’s mission is our mission. This is an opportunity to work with Booz Allen colleagues and collaborate with various DoD and other government agencies to plan and execute Expeditionary Cyber, RF-enabling, and other aspects of the Special Operations Forces, Cyber, and Space ‘triad.’ You will help the DoD integrate Technical Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Cyber Non-Kinetic Effects, Electronic Warfare, and the application of Artificial Intelligence to the SIGINT and Cyber missions. Provide strategic guidance and technical subject matter expertise to support market leads across a variety of client areas, specifically in the various aspects of the SIGINT and Cyber missions as they relate to Hard Targets. Senior client engagements may include non-DoD IC organizations and non-IC organizations to identify opportunities for support to critical missions. Identify key program requirements and suitable contracts to execute tactical sales and pursue Other Transaction Authorities (OTAs), Pilots, and other whitespace work for new capabilities and emerging mission needs. Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the Booz Allen market leadership to comprehend client needs and link them to the organization's product or service strategies. Assist with major capture efforts from start to finish and support business staff in captures that are especially demanding. Partner with other market leaders on company-wide initiatives, and lead capture efforts that have a measurable impact on business growth. Maintain a broad and collaborative network across the company and engage in networking to establish an internal and industry reputation as a recognized expert in the CHT community. Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in a technical role managing large technical portfolios within the Intelligence Community
  • 10+ years of experience directly supporting the IC, including senior-level engagement
  • 8+ years of experience working on complex technical solutions that support the IC, including cyber solutions or cyber operations
  • Experience collaborating across government stakeholders to successfully develop and deploy full cyber kill chain solutions to achieve mission outcomes
  • Experience engaging with key stakeholders to discuss capabilities and services, including driving program of record creation and driving successful government-Industry partnerships through the creation of a collaborative, team-centric culture
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with cyber operations, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with cyber operations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with IC acquisition centers
  • Experience with developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners, including DoD and IC government and industry communities
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Word
  • Experience with the successful execution of all phases of large, multi-year capture efforts
  • Knowledge of Full Spectrum Cyber Operations, including the cyber kill chain, CNO, CNA, and OCO development, and Cyber Defense
