The team is seeking a Cyber, Electronic Warfare, and Intelligence lead for the Sensors, Effectors, & Mission Systems (SEMS) Advanced Concepts organization. The Work: Duties will include but are not limited to: Capture Contract Research and Development (CRAD) to support SEMS technology roadmap for current and next generation programs. Specific focus will be on expanding next generation offerings in the Cyber, EW, and Intelligence Communities. Identify, qualify, pursue, and capture new business opportunities that advance the next generation of Lockheed Martin (LM) technology and increase Department of War and IC capabilities. Specific focus on customer funded Science and Technology (S&T) and Research and Development (R&D) opportunities. Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with government labs, acquisition customers, and end users to gain a detailed understanding of their near-, mid-, and long-term capability gaps and identify LM technology solutions. Coordinate and lead cross-organization teams to mature LM and SEMS’ Electronic Warfare, Offensive / Defensive Cyber, and Converged Sensing product offerings. Develop prototypes, and shape next generation architectures by owning meaningful customer relationships. Collaborate with SEMS Market Segments, RMS Engineering Technology, and Corporate S&T to position LM for mid- and long-term capture opportunities by driving future product strategies, investments, and partnering opportunities. Define and lead operational analysis efforts to identify and validate advanced system solutions to solve customer needs and fill capability gaps. Manage New Business Fund accounts (Market Assist, Bid and Proposal, Internal Research and Development). Develop, review, and execute capture and customer engagement plans in support of current and next generation opportunities. Develop next generation strategies and proposals with Capture Managers, Program Managers, and Technical Subject Matter Experts and brief them to IWSS Executives and Rotary and Mission System Leadership. Create and update strategy and technology roadmaps that map Horizon 3 technologies into demonstrable prototypes and program of record transition. Conduct all business in strict compliance with all corporate command media and applicable state, federal, and international regulations. Requirements

  • Relevant experience in engineering, program management, business development, or military / IC experience including experience with active and passive RF sensors, Electronic Warfare, Artificial Intelligence, offensive and defensive cyber operations, and distributed architecture technologies.
  • Experience working capture / S&T / prototyping / and production activities associated with advanced sensing and advanced electronics.
  • Experience shaping, capturing, and executing CRAD and S&T projects for S&T labs, DOW, and the Intelligence Community.
  • Experience analyzing customer requirements, future warfighting / IC needs, and identifying technology solutions.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to synthesize a broad range of information to identify potential solutions to customer requirements.
  • A high degree of flexibility and the ability to travel when required.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to operate with minimal guidance in a highly competitive environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate strategies, technology capabilities, and warfighter benefits across multiple levels of internal LM and external Government Leaders.
