About The Position
This role involves delivering instruction for the Title 10 Basic Cyber Operations – Procedures (BOC) course. The instructor will prepare officers to understand and navigate the complexities of Title 10 and Title 50 authorities, ensuring they grasp the operational and legal frameworks essential for full-spectrum cyberspace missions.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of T10 ION (Basic Cyber Operator Course) OR the NSA CNOQC
- Minimum 2 years of active experience serving as a Cyberspace Operator within the NSA or the Cyber Mission Force (CMF)
- Deep knowledge of Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (JIPOE), the Joint Targeting Cycle (JTC), and the Joint Planning Process (JPP)
- Expert understanding of the relationship between NSA and USCYBERCOM
- Ability to instruct on Strike/Mission Packages for Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO)
- Knowledge of IKE/JCC2, cyber infrastructure, and technical/operational schemes of maneuver
- Comprehensive understanding of Interagency involvement in cyberspace operations
