About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the deployment of a citywide Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution. This role focuses on reducing security risks related to unauthorized access and credential compromise while improving system reliability and security resilience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of project management experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing Identity and Access Management projects
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Minimum 4 years of experience building dashboards and technical reports
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business Administration, or related field
  • PMP certification or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with government or public sector organizations
  • Knowledge of authentication systems in Windows and Linux environments
  • Familiarity with NIST frameworks related to Identity & Access Management
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
  • Experience with project management tools and reporting systems
  • Willingness to travel within New York City as needed

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with vendors, technical teams, and multiple agencies to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor oversight
  • Support project planning, proposal development, and business case analysis
  • Develop and maintain project charters, cost estimates, and delivery schedules
  • Create dashboards, reports, and executive-level project documentation
  • Track and manage project scope, schedule, and resource changes
  • Facilitate communication across stakeholders to ensure adoption and rollout success
  • Oversee issue resolution and project closeout activities
  • Support Agile and Waterfall project execution methodologies
