We have an exciting opportunity for a Cyber Analyst to support the Department of Homeland Security's Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) program. In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic, agile team delivering cutting-edge cybersecurity capabilities to multiple Federal agencies. You'll work closely with the Service Delivery Manager and engineering team to plan, implement, and support continuous monitoring solutions through an industry-leading cloud-based shared service. This position offers the chance to broaden your expertise, collaborate across agencies, and contribute to a mission-critical program that strengthens our nation's cyber resilience. This position is located in one of CGI Federal's offices in Fairfax, VA or Lafayette, LA; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. You will be required to work in a CGI Federal office two days per week.

Requirements

  • Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills (e.g., meeting minutes, clear requirements, summaries)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Highly collaborative with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of translating business requirements into actionable user stories

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments of agency network configurations, security policies, and IT roadmaps.
  • Prepare and deliver contract documentation, including Agency Cutover Plans and SELC materials.
  • Coordinate and support SELC gate reviews and client interactions.
  • Assist with budgeting and resource planning for agency cutovers, including cost estimates for hardware, software, and cloud services.
  • Maintain project schedules and provide updates to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scheduling and coordination efforts.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation, including meeting notes, analysis reports, and presentations.
  • Participate in roadmap and innovation sessions to refine business requirements and shape shared services strategy.
  • Provide quality oversight for PMO reports, including risk assessments and mitigation plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to Agile best practices.
