About The Position

Are you passionate about technology and eager to gain hands-on experience in cloud communications and call center solutions? Join Enterprise Mobility as a CX Technology Intern and work alongside experienced engineers to learn how Enterprise communication systems are designed, maintained, and optimized. This is a unique opportunity to explore cutting-edge technologies and contribute to real-world projects that impact customer experience. SCHEDULE: This 12-week program offers a full-time, Monday-Friday schedule, 8am-5pm CT located at one of our campuses in Maryland Heights, MO or Weldon Springs, MO. This program will start on May 18th, 2026 and run through August 7th, 2026. PAY: This position offers $20/hr. PROGRAM DETAILS: This 12-week summer internship is targeting current rising Seniors at colleges/universities. After the internship has ended, you will have the ability to work during your Senior year (if desired; offer extended based on performance). The end goal of this internship program is to start in a position with Enterprise Mobility as a CX Technology Analyst upon completion of graduation (offer extended based on performance).

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field) and graduating in December 2026 or May 2027
  • Must permanently reside in the state of Missouri and St. Louis or the immediate surrounding area
  • Must be willing to work out of our Weldon Spring office or Maryland Heights offices
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday for the duration of the internship
  • Must be willing to accept $20/hr

Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering requirements and support installation, testing, and maintenance of cloud communication software.
  • Help monitor system performance and learn best practices for privacy and security in communication networks.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand contact center operations and cloud-based technologies.
  • Participate in troubleshooting activities and shadow CX Technology Engineers and Analysts to learn resolution processes.
  • Support documentation of technical issues, solutions, and system changes.
  • Contribute to research on business continuity and disaster recovery plans and assist with annual testing.
  • Analyze system usage reports with guidance to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Stay informed about CX Technology trends and share insights with the team.
